Watch it workThis policy explains, in plain language, how cancellation and refunds work. It restates Sections 6 and 7 of the Terms of Service, which control if the two differ, and it includes the model withdrawal form for consumers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Turkey.
1. Cancelling your Plan#
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. There is no phone call, no chat, and no waiting period. Your Plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, you can keep using your Included Credits until then, and you will not be charged again. Credit Packs are not affected by canceling a Plan.
If you prefer, email support@aletarch.com from the email address on your Account with the subject "Cancel" and we will cancel for you the same business day.
2. What is refundable#

Refunds go to the payment method you used. When a payment is refunded, the Credits it bought are removed from your Account.
3. Your right to withdraw (EEA, UK, and Turkey)#
If you are a consumer living in the European Economic Area (the EU plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway), the United Kingdom, or Turkey, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
- Plans. When you subscribe, the Service starts immediately at your request. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund what you paid less a proportionate amount for the days you had access, and less the value of any Credits you used beyond that share of your Included Credits.
- Packs. At checkout you consent to the Credits being available immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the Credits you have not used and you pay for the ones you used. If you have used none, the refund is in full.
To withdraw, email support@aletarch.com with the subject "Withdrawal", or complete the form in Section 6, which is also available on its own page and linked from your order confirmation, and send it to us. We confirm receipt by email and refund within 14 days.
4. Other countries#
If the law where you live gives you a cooling-off right, we honor it on the terms that law provides. Tell us where you live when you write.
5. Disputing a charge with your bank#
Please contact us first. When a charge is disputed with a card issuer, the Credits it paid for are frozen while the dispute is open, and if the dispute is upheld they are removed. Filing a dispute you know to be unfounded is a breach of the Terms of Service.
6. Model withdrawal form#
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
